Redesign of major project template.
We worked with a sustainability company to redesign their template for major projects with MNC customers, to make it easier to get to "yes".
We mapped both sides’ objectives and built the contract around those, and then designed and wrote a fresh and practical plain-language format with a contract map and visual patterns.
Result: reduced deal times by 50 – 80%, less friction, more trust.

LexSolutions collaborated with the InterLaw Diversity Forum on this unique initiative to rethink approaches to D&I in the legal sector.
The LexSolutions team curated and facilitated a virtual mini hackathon, in collaboration with the Interlaw Diversity Forum, to explore the continuing challenge of diversity in law firms and the impact it has on performance and wellbeing — and to spark breakthrough solutions.
We used a Miro board and break-out sessions, taking the group through a series of facilitated exercises applying the Lex approach of design thinking and systems coaching.
The LexSolutions team worked with a recently listed agile manufacturing scale-up to redesign their procurement and sales contracts and processes.
This was to help the client prepare for a spike in legal workload as the business scaled its manufacturing and sales operations.
We created productive documents and processes through template design, user journeys and smart self-serve tools.
This resulted in formal contract coverage from 40% to 90%, 50% word count reduction, legal request turnaround reduced from 2+ weeks to 1 – 3 days and improved controls.
The programme included implementing a contract lifecycle management system: configuration, integration with existing processes and developing work-arounds for system deficiencies.
