Wel­com­ing Denis Potemkin to Team Lex

As Lex approach­es an excit­ing new phase of growth, we are pleased to announce that Denis Potemkin will be work­ing with us as Head of Innovation. 

We have been work­ing with Denis for some time already and are look­ing for­ward to build­ing on this. 

Denis is a lawyer, tech entre­pre­neur and thought leader in con­tract design and process improve­ment. He will be work­ing close­ly with us at Lex­So­lu­tions to shape and deliv­er con­tract opti­mi­sa­tion and oth­er inno­va­tion projects. Denis will also con­tin­ue work­ing as an inde­pen­dent con­sul­tant as well as lead­ing Majo­to, a con­tract automa­tion start-up which he has founded.

We will be work­ing with Denis to see how Majo­to and oth­er legal tech­nol­o­gy prod­ucts can be inte­grat­ed into our inno­va­tion and out­sourced man­aged ser­vices offer­ings to help clients opti­mise their legal teams and processes.

We’re look­ing for­ward to hav­ing Denis as part of the grow­ing Lex­So­lu­tions team and doing some great things together!
